To answer your question I take this as a girl who is trying to get a boy to like her for the wrong reasons. He is 14 he would make out with anything that has a pulse if he thinks it will get him some.

Making out is actually pretty normal for teens. Younger teens, like yourself, may do so more as experimentation than necessarily true love. Enjoy yourself, but go no further than you and “Bob” are prepared to go. Two forms of birth control if you advance beyond the kissing and groping games.
